Your Criteo account contains various media management processes, offering increased convenience for you and your team.

In this article:

Here's how to navigate your Criteo Dashboard: 

Once logging into your Media Owner's media portal (log in URL will be specific each to Retailer), your dashboard is the home view of some of the various features Criteo has to offer.

From this page, you can access your:

  1. Proposals received by the Media Owner
  2. Summary of live & past campaigns
  3. History of campaigns & payment status
  4. Messaging feature 
  5. Settings and support
  6. Browse available media opportunities

  • The Proposals tab houses all proposal that have been sent to you from the Media Owner and shows a history of past, present & future proposals. For more information on reviewing Proposals, check out this step-by-step guide

From this page, you can: 

  • Use the search bar to search for Proposals based on keywords
  • Filter Proposals by Status 
  • Sort Proposals by date (newest to oldest or vice versa)
  • Click the Actions dropdown menu to view, share, move the proposal to a different brand, or message partner.




  • The Campaigns tab contains your active, completed and draft Campaigns.

From this page, you can:

  • Start a campaign
  • Use the search bar to search for campaigns based on keywords
  • Filter campaigns by name or workflow status
  • Sort campaigns by created date or start date (newest to oldest or vice versa) 
  • Click the Actions dropdown menu to view campaign details and edit or delete draft campaigns.

  • Use the Payments tab to access an overview of your payment history, as well as individual payments for campaigns.

From this page, you can:

  • Use the search bar to search for payments based on campaign ID, media space name, or other keywords
  • Filter for payments based on timeframes
  • Export payment data as a CSV file
  • Click on the Actions drop down to view activation, view campaign or view invoice
