The Bookings section provides access to build and manage Campaigns, along with analytics and alerts, including total bookings, uncompleted workflows, and overdue items.

Here’s how to use the Bookings section:

  • Click on the Bookings tab.



From the Bookings tab, you can:

1) Customise your view of campaigns with the following buttons:

  • Sort by - sort campaigns by Status, Requested Date, Start Date

  • Filter- filter by Company, Brand, Activation type, Location, Status, Workflow items.
  • Remember to click on Apply filters when your filters have been selected.


  • Custom Dates- select the All dates icon to filter by campaigns in that timeframe, or choose from your Reporting periods.

2) Select an individual Campaign and click on the Actions dropdown menu and select View campaign to view all of the booking details.


3) Click on the Booking calendar tab to view your Activations at a daily or weekly basis, or your reporting periods — click on the Daily dropdown menu to adjust this view.

  • Search for spaces by name using the search bar.
  • Filter by All media sites,  All locations  or Activation Types by clicking the corresponding button.
  • Click on the Display from selection-box to view your calendar from a specific date.



4) Click on the Run sheet tab to view your Activations chronologically.

  • Search for spaces by name using the search bar.
  • Click Export to download the Run Sheet data as a CSV file.
  • Filter your Run Sheet by Media sites, Company, Brands, Activation types and Packages by selecting the corresponding button.
  • Sort by requested or start date (newest to oldest or vice versa) by clicking on the Sort by dropdown menu.
  • Custom dates by selecting All dates to change the timeframe of the activations shown. 
  • Consolidate the data based on Packages by clicking Consolidate packages.
  • Filter by Column by selecting Modify Columns button, and choosing the relevant filters required, then click Save Columns.
