The Criteo in-app messaging feature allows Media Buyers to communicate with Media Owners in various ways, ensuring streamlined discussion.

In this article:

 

  • Here's how to start a conversation with a Media Owner from your dashboard:

    1) Through a Media Portal

    • From the Campaigns tab, click Start a campaign.

  • Locate the partnering space that you want to message and click View details.

  • Select Message Partner to communicate directly with the Media Owner and click Send. The Media Owner will receive this message as an email and through their Criteo account.
2) At the Proposal level.
  • Once a Media Owner has sent you a Proposal, click on the Proposals tab from your Criteo Dashboard.
  • To message a Media Owner, locate the relevant Proposal, click the Actionsdropdown menu and Message partner.




3) At the Campaign level.
  • Similarly, once your Brand is involved in a Campaign, click on the Campaigns tab and select the Campaign that you want to message the Media Owners about.
  • Click the Actions dropdown menu and View campaign
  • To message all Media Owners involved in the Campaign, click the Bulk actions dropdown menu and select Message all partners.
  • To message a Media Owner about a specific Media space, scroll to Accepted spaces at the bottom of the page, locate the relevant space, click the Actions dropdown menu and Message partner.

4) At the Activation level.

  • When your brand is involved in an Activation, click on the Activations tab and select the relevant Activation to message the Media Owner.
  • Click the Actions dropdown menu and Message partner.



5) 
Through the in-app messaging portal.

  • Once you’ve started a conversation with a Media Owner, either by accepting a Proposal or beginning a Campaign or Activation, you can access your conversation history and send new messages by clicking on the Messages tab from your Criteo Dashboard.
  • You can search your messages based on the space or Media Owner keywords from this page. Type a message in the textbox, click Send, or attach a file by clicking on the paperclip icon. Unread messages appear in bold.
