The Criteo in-app messaging feature allows Media Buyers to communicate with Media Owners in various ways, ensuring streamlined discussion.

Here's how to start a conversation with a Media Owner from your dashboard:
1) Through a Media Portal
From the Campaigns tab, click Start a campaign.
Locate the partnering space that you want to message and click View details.
- Select Message Partner to communicate directly with the Media Owner and click Send. The Media Owner will receive this message as an email and through their Criteo account.
- To message all Media Owners involved in the Campaign, click the Bulk actions dropdown menu and select Message all partners.
- To message a Media Owner about a specific Media space, scroll to Accepted spaces at the bottom of the page, locate the relevant space, click the Actions dropdown menu and Message partner.
- You can search your messages based on the space or Media Owner keywords from this page. Type a message in the textbox, click Send, or attach a file by clicking on the paperclip icon. Unread messages appear in bold.
