The Criteo in-app messaging allows Media Owners to communicate with Media Buyers in various ways, ensuring streamlined discussion.
From your Dashboard, you can start a conversation with a Media Buyer:
1) At the Proposal level.
Before messaging the Media Buyer, you need to create a Proposal. Check out this step-by-step guide for creating and sending Proposals if you’re stuck.
Once you’ve sent a Proposal, select the Proposals tab.
Locate the Proposal corresponding to the Media Buyer you want to message, click the Actions dropdown menu and Message brand.
Type your message in the provided textbox and click Send.
Select the paperclip icon to attach files to send to the Media Buyer.
2) At the Activation level.
- Once you’ve begun an Activation, select the Bookings tab.
- Locate the campaign corresponding to the Media Buyer you want to message, click the Actions dropdown menu and View campaign.
- From the Activations tab, click on the corresponding Actions dropdown menu in which you wish to message the Media Buyer and select Message brand.
- In this instance, the in-app messaging will appear to the right of the screen.
- Type your message in the provided textbox and click Send.
- Select the paperclip icon to attach documents.
3) Via the Contacts tab.
- Click on Client manager and the Contacts tab.
- From this page, you can message contacts directly by clicking on the corresponding Message button.
4) Through the in-app messaging portal.
- Once you’ve started a conversation with a Media Buyer through a proposal, activation, or replying to a self-service request - you can access your conversation history by clicking on the speech-bubble icon in the top-right corner of your Dashboard.
- Filter by All Messages or Group By Brand by selecting the relevant tab.
- Search your conversation with keywords by using the search bar.
- Type your message and click Send. Use the paperclip icon to attach files to send to Media Buyers.
