Ensure your account details are correct and up to date.

In this article:

  • Entering your Account Details

  • Changing your Account Password

  • Click the drop down menu that is next to your name on the top right of the screen, then select Settings.

  • In the Account details tab, you can enter your personal and business details.

  • Scroll down and click on Save & update once your details have been updated.

  • To change your account password, scroll to the bottom of the Account details tab until you see the Change password section.
  • Enter your current password, then your new password.
  • You can click on Forgot password if needed.
  • Click Update to save the changes.
