A Media Site is a brand facing portal that may be configurable to a retailers liking, and captures all of their sellable media opportunities.

In this article:

Here's how to access and set up your custom Media Site.
  • Click on Manage media and then Media sites tab. 

From this page you can:

1) Create a new Media Site:

  • Click Add new media site.
  • Fill out the details of your Media Site, including a name, URL, logo and hero banner image.
  • Preview your Media Site by clicking Preview site or send it to live by selecting Publish.


2) Edit existing Media Sites:

  • Locate the relevant Media Site, click the Actions dropdown menu and Edit site.
  • To add spaces to your Media Site, click View spaces.


3) Assign Media Spaces to Media Sites:

  • View spaces will redirect you to a page containing the media spaces assigned to the corresponding Media Site.
  • Click + Activation space to create a new media listing for your site. For instructions on creating media listings, check out this step-by-step guide.




  • To assign an existing space to a different Media Site:
    • Click on the corresponding Actions dropdown menu and Change media site.
    • Or, click Edit space, advancing to Step 2: Activation Details, and allocating the listing to a selected Media Site.







  • Select a Media Site and click Update.
  • You can also adjust which spaces are assigned to which Media Site through the Spacestab. Repeat the above process.
