Block-out Dates for Media Spaces & Create Minimum Booking Periods

Keep your media space availability up-to-date by blocking certain timeframes & set minimum booking days per media listing.

Here's how to apply block-out dates and minimum booking periods:

  • Click on Manage media and the Media spaces tab.

  • To apply block-out dates and minimum booking periods to a new media listing, click the + Activation space button.
  • You can also edit these restrictions to existing listings by selecting the Actions dropdown menu, clicking Edit space and following the steps below.

  • Fill out your Activation details (or if already filled out, content will be there already and click Save & Continue until you reach Step 3: Rates & Logistics.
  • Set a minimum booking period by selecting the recurrence period, the minimum amount of recurrences, and the start day.
  • Click Save & continue to advance.

  • Select WEEKENDS to block out all weekends across the calendar year. Or, click on the OTHER textbox and set custom block-out dates.
  • Select Save & continue to progress.

  • Click through the final step and select Submit to save your minimum booking period and block-out dates.
